Our goal is to put the “fun” in functional fashion. We know that looking stylish can make your whole day better. That’s why we’re committed to make the outfits you love so you can focus on looking fabulous!
Here is how we work:
1. Book an appointment
Book an appointment for an in-person consultation with our designer. Our standard consultation appointment is 30 minutes. Consultation fee applies.
Please provide the following details in your booking requests:
• A brief description of your requirements in terms of style and materials.
• Your dress size.
• Delivery timeframe (Please note that our current delivery timeframe is between 4 – 6 months).
2. Discuss, Design and Quote
When you come in for your appointment, we will go through your requirements in detail, discuss and choose the design and style that suits you, and look for the right fabrics and materials. We can give you a quote for the costings.
It would be best if you came with photos or drawings illustrate your required designs.
We recommend that you select and purchase your own fabrics. We can advise where you can find the right fabrics to make your next outfit shine!
3. Measure and create
Once you are happy to go ahead, we will take your measurements and start creating your outfits! It is very important that you bring the correct underwear and shoes with you when we take your measurements. We usually ask our clients to put a 65% deposit up front and settle the remaining amount on pick-up.
4. Fitting
We will notify you to come for a fitting session when we are ready. It is again very important to bring the correct underwear and shoes with you for fitting.
Most regular outfits require at least one fitting session that usually takes up to 30 minutes. For regular outfits, we can put the final touches on during the session, and if it all goes well you can pick up straight away! For bridals or more complex outfits, they may take a few more sessions, about two weeks apart, for refinements.
